洲宇设计以“云谷”为核心理念，打造如身处森林绿谷中的智慧居住模式，致力于在有限的空间中，创造无限的空间场景。此外，希望能打破传统居住社区与城市公共空间之间的界限，与城市空间形态的演进形成互动，与城市共生。本项目现已成为成都天府新区住宅项目范本。
We are developing "Cloud Valley" concept with Zhoyu Design group to create a smart contemporary residential development model for new district in Chengdu city. Creating a living in an urban forest and green valley feeling, development is committed to open unlimited space scenes in a limited plot for both residents and public visitors. We hope, that it can break the boundaries between traditional residential communities and urban public spaces, interact with the evolution of urban spatial forms, and coexist with the city. This project has now become a model for residential projects in Chengdu Tianfu New District
项目区位
“ Location”
成都，自古享有“天府之国”的美称。2017 年 4 月，成都市委第十三次党代会召开，成都选择了新发展理念--- “公园城市”，从而努力形成“青山绿道蓝网”相呼应的公园城市空间形态，引领城市发展方式之变。
项目地处天府新区万安寺板块，区位优越，整体配套完善，极具发展潜力，东侧可远眺龙泉山脉，风景优美。此外，基地内部存在约 5 米高差，规划条件要求西北部交叉口需布局不小于 1500 ㎡的城市开敞空间，需设置一条贯穿南北的 7m 宽社区绿道，是成都建设“公园城市”绿脉体系中的重要一环。
Chengdu never suffered the limitations of urban sprawl and city growth, it had the reputation of "Land of Abundance". In April 2017, to satisfy the demands of growing city and to also support the economy, Chengdu Municipal Committee chose a new development concept - "Park City". To strive for changes in development methods, and push new quality of future city, as sustainable and nature friendly urban park.
The project is located in a superior location of the Tianfu New District, with complete set of supporting facilities and great development potential. The east side is overlooking the stunning scenery of Longquan Mountains. At least 7m wide public greenway cuts through the plot right in the middle. This open public space should connect to the future vein system of Park City.

云谷绿岛，森林居所
Yungu Green Island, forest residence
设计以“云谷”为中心理念，退让城市节点造就“绿岛”。将政府要求的开敞城市空间、社区公共绿道与地势高差结合设计，形成中央下沉峡谷景观。此点状绿化空间，为城市带状或片状的公共绿脉系统进行补充，提升公共空间层次性。在保证居住空间与公共空间独立性的同时，也架起了两者间交流的桥梁，促进社区居住空间与城市公共空间之间的互动，与城市共同生长。
建筑空间规划在“云谷”中增添一些层次，融入“云、雾、石、谷”四个元素。60m 高空中浮岛、富有飘逸感的住宅形象，蜿蜒深远的峡谷绿道、如巨石般散落在峡谷上方的采光井，流光钻级立面、高新科技等元素形成多维度的空间体验，将贵族”博物精神”与现代典雅生活方式相融合，形成独有的黑钻生活体验，共同打造出山林绿谷中的智慧森林居所。
The design takes "Cloud Valley" as the central concept, and breaks it down to urban nodes, as to create "green islands". The open urban space, public greenway, and terrain height difference designed to form a central sunken canyon landscape. These scattered green beads complements the urban park system and enhances the level of public space, while still ensuring the independence of residential spaces. It also builds a bridge for communication between the two, promoting the interaction between private community residential space and urban public space, while growing together with the city.
The architectural space planning adds some layers to the "Cloud Valley" and incorporates the four elements of "cloud, fog, stone and valley".
Manifesting ideas of the area 60m high in the sky, we put elegant floating island. Communicating to citizens with it's iconic and visible shape from far away. Together with lightwells scattered above the canyon, bridges, and other elements connecting different levels of the urban canyon, it will form a multi-dimensional space experience.
森林“绿谷”，深藏世界
The forest "green valley" hides the world
“谷”是项目最底层的元素，多种元素复合为社区公共下沉绿道增添层次感，形成社区居住与城市公共空间之间的活力驱动核。“绿谷”空间关系丰富，各处空间关系较复杂。项目团队在设计过程中多次结合模型进行推敲、思考，力求保证最佳的空间关系与宜人尺度。
同时，融入川峡丰富的峡谷文脉，引谷入园，取谷之形，塑造空间差异性，营造开合有致的峡谷空间感。丛林觅谷、谧谷寻幽、峡谷水韵、幽谷静语......多层次，多体验，多互动的社区公共活动场景与城市空间形态的演进形成互动，促进城市居住空间与公共空间之间的融合共生。
"Valley" is the element at the base of the project. It has rich spatial relationships. In the design process, the project team worked with the model testing different scenarios and thinking, striving to ensure the best spatial relationship and pleasant scale.
At the same time, it integrates into the rich context of the Sichuan nature, guides the valley into the park city and creates a vibrant sense of the canyon space that opens and closes. Multi-level, multi-experience, multi-interactive community/public scenes revolutionize urban space forms of the city. It advocates the symbiosis and fusion of urban residential space with open public spaces.
天际浮岛，漫步云端

“云”这个建筑元素是由较大的干净的体块所构成，用来表达云一般漂浮的感觉。云端天际花园由两栋住宅塔楼的顶部连接而成，可由外部独立设置的观光电梯到达花园平台。它高出地平线 60 余米，让人能随心所欲的畅游在天空中，在云端远眺山峦，瞭望城市。玻璃平台、特色种植、私享秘境......,满足对天际的一切想象。
线性灯带的线条划分增添视觉层次，采用香槟色穿孔铝单板吊顶。夜幕来临，灯光闪烁，营造丰富的视觉体验，极富城市昭示性。
The architectural element "cloud" is made of larger clean volumes to express the feeling of floating clouds. The Cloud Sky Garden is formed by connecting the top roofs of two residential towers. It is more than 60 meters above the ground, allowing people to swim freely in the sky, extending their horizons, overlooking the mountains and the city panoramas. Observation decks, event spaces, bar and catering support, the glass platform, special planting, private enjoyment of secrets... satisfy all imaginable heavenly adventures.
When night comes, lights of the champagne-colored perforated aluminum veneer ceiling will flicker, creating a rich visual experience, further communicating with the city.
空中“迷雾”，优雅从容
"Mist" in the air, elegant and calm
“雾” 这个元素在一个漂浮于“石”元素的区块上下以有机的形式配置，强调水平向的延伸感和竖向的层次感。极富天际空间层次的屋顶、层层错动富有韵律感的楼身、6m/9m 的超高尺度底部架空层共同组成了住宅立面体系，展现出如“雾”般的漂浮优雅之感。楼梯间外部的流光钻级立面，更显典雅尊贵之感。

峡谷“巨石”，层叠错落
The "big rocks" of the canyon are stacked and scattered
“石” 这个元素树立在“谷”元素之上，形成一种峡谷中耸立的巨石的感觉。简洁、干净的银色构架相对深咖色的二层商业主体旋转，形成一定的错动，营造出变化丰富的空间关系和视觉层次。横向银色装饰板局部加厚，与悬浮的银色构架相呼应，塑造出灵动、富有悬浮感的商业界面。
Buildings are considered as "stones" standing in the "valley". Rotated in different directions they form the whole canyon.
On December 1st, 2020 the "World Architecture Festival" awards ceremony was held in Chengdu China. The BRC development of Cloud Valley in Tianfu new area won the Popular Vote Award of World Architecture Festival China .
